Only a few more sleeps until Christmas and we're both super excited for what 2018 will bring! There aren't enough words to thank all of you for coming along on this crazy ride with us.

If you ever have trouble figuring out which words to capitalize in a title, the Title Cap website is fantastic! Type or copy and paste the title into the block and the website automatically fixes the capitalization.

Tania's Soft Gingie Cookies
2 ½ cups flour
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp ginger*
½ tsp cinnamon*
½ tsp cloves*
*be generous, I double the spices and heap them!
¾ cup butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
½ cup molasses
Combine mixtures together. It should be stiff enough to roll into 1” balls with minimal sticking (if too sticky, refrigerate for 1 hour). Roll balls into coarse sugar and place on parchment-lined cookie sheets. DO NOT FLATTEN!
Bake at 375 degrees for 9 minutes.
Makes 3-4 dozen.
